Approximately 4 by 4 Inch, UltraTNT PSA Repair Patch

UltraTNT™ PSA Tape is constructed with two layers of 0.25mil polyester film with light grey Ultra™ yarn inserted in the warp and bias. The backing is Pressure Sensitive, high tack, non-yellowing Adhesive.

UltraTNT™ PSA Tape has an excellent bond to the film side of Ultra™ and EPLX™ fabrics. Challenge recommends this process to create the best bond:

Work in a room temperature of at least 70° F.
Fabric should be clean and dry; if not, clean fabric surface with rubbing alcohol.
Peel back release paper and apply tape evenly over tear or hole, a few inches at a time. If repairing a hole, you may want to apply a patch on both sides.
Go back over the tape, applying even pressure with rubber seam roller (or by hand, if no roller available).
Let cure for 24 hours for best adhesion.
